Terms of Service

You need an account to use Noursolve. Keep your password private, give accurate details, and you are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

Noursolve is a self-entry organiser for tasks, bills, spending, budgets, savings goals and debts. Everything in it comes from what you type. It does not connect to banks, does not move money, and does not give financial, tax or legal advice.

• Do not try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use Noursolve for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The everyday tools are free with no usage limits. Premium adds advanced budgeting, savings and debt planning, detailed spending reports, household tools and AI planning assistance.

• Premium is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices shown on the Premium page.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Switching between monthly and yearly takes effect immediately, and the price difference is charged or credited for the remaining time.
• Prices shown are the total charged. If a tax applies in your location it is calculated at checkout.

• You can cancel at any time, in the app or through the billing portal.
• After cancelling, Premium stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Then your account returns to Free and all your entries keep working.
• Payments already made are not refunded. Cancelling stops future charges only.
• If a renewal payment fails, Premium continues until the end of the period already paid for, and then stops unless payment succeeds.

We may change Premium pricing. Any change applies to renewals after we have told you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time; this removes your data permanently and cannot be undone. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Noursolve is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that your data will never be lost — keep your own copies using the download option in Settings. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim.
